I have a pretty elementary question that I have been wondering about. I am 5'4" and 134 pounds. I would like to lose maybe 10 pounds and become stronger and more toned. What is the best way to achieve this?
Should I do different rotations? For example, should I first focus on strength and cardio for maybe a month and then switch to maybe muscle endurance and cardio for another month OR should I switch it up from one week to another? Or should I do both strength and muscle endurance both in the same week along with cardio?
