Step Length?

Hi, I have a question about step length. I have been using FIRM videos on and off since 1994. Someone recommended your workouts to me, Cathe, and I am going to try Circuit Max (if I can get through it! I previewed it and am a little scared...) and Step Heat.

I have a step that is about 22 inches long. Is this step long enough to use?

Hi Neon! It will be a tight squeeze doing the workout on a 22 inch step length but since only half the tape is on the step you will only have to modify half of the workout. I definitely suggest that you preview the workout first so that you can anticipate where you will need to make some adjustments. Good luck!
