STANDING LEGS & FLOOR LEGS

Hi Cathe,

In the beginning of your tapes you mentioned that it is okay to work two muscle groups on the same day. I would like to know if it is okay to do Leaner Legs + 20-30 minutes of floor legs + cardio (step) in one day and have a full body rest the next day instead of doing standing, floor legs, cardio and upper body on different days for about 1 hour per day. I would like to workout 2 hours per day, 3 days per week instead of 5 or 6 days per week for 1 hour per day.
