standing leg work?

cathe, whats some good standing and lying down leg work to do with or without weights? And Im really having a hard time getting my glutes in better shape. Im guessing that I need a much harder workout on my legs and glutes (chicken legs you know and no butt). I think about doing more of your step workouts to burn that fat but how muscle will I gain from that? Any advice ....thanks cathe
 
Have you tried putting one leg on a step and one in the air to do glute tucks? Those target the hamstring and glute very strong. Also raises (donkey kicks) will also target the glute very well. Do Cathe's Legs and Glutes. She uses weights but trust me on some exercises you don't need any. Wait til you get to the outer leg raises - ugh!!!
