stability ball

Hi Cathe!
I just finished the Pyramid upper body. Great tape! The only problem I had was using the stability ball. How long did it take you to get comfortable with the ball?

Hi Diane! Stay committed and it will come. For some it takes hours, and for some days, and for some weeks. But don't worry about it and take it in small steps. Each attempt is a huge improvement toward getting there. Good Luck!
