Hi Cathe/SNM,

Can you give us the breakdown of workout time for all the new DVDs?
Since Drill Max and Low Impact Circuit are cardio/strength circuit workouts; what is the ratio between cardio and strength? For example, would it be 5 minutes cardio with 3 minutes strength repeated 8-10X or some other ratio?
