I have ordered the Body Blast set in the past and when I received it, most of the DVDs were loose and rattling in their cases. Same thing happened when I ordered the 3 Beginner/Intermediate DVDs using the High Step. In effect, my DVDs were very scratched and therefore, I requested for replacements. I'm hoping you have better DVD cases this time with a more secure hold (I don't know what the term is for that circular thing that grips the DVD) so that the DVDs won't come loose and rattle in their cases. Just a suggestion since you haven't shipped the DVDs out yet.
In any case, I can't wait for my Hardcores!
