SLOW & HEAVY FOR LOWER BODY

Hi Cathe,

I have the Slow & Heavy series and was wondering if one could use this same format for legs, For example, S&H Squats, S&H lunges, S&H deadlifts etc., picking one exercise per day and working it to fatigue for maybe 15-20 minutes. I also want to thank you for your response in the past. I'm always thinking, how on earth does she find the time to be so patient and answer all our questions. I think you should seriously thing about putting your own workout show together, we are severely lacking on a good exercise show and I think you have all the qualities to fill the bill.

As for the slow heavy leg format, picking just one exercise and working it for 15 to 20 minutes could be a little too much repetition for one exercise. Perhaps consider doing all three of those exercises for two or three sets of 8 reps to the (6 to 2 second count). That would only have to be done two times per week. Good Luck!
