Hi Cathe,

I just ordered your S&H series and am wondering, since I only have around 30 minutes in the morning to exercise, if it is possible to split the tapes up. Example do all the legs in the morning and then in the afternoon do the shoulder routine. Same for the other videos. Do all of one body part in the morning then in the afternoon do the rest of the video.

You will still have an optimum workout if you split the slow heavy workouts up, but you will only have an adequate workout if you split my others up (unless of course you are adding to that body part with a portion of another tape).
