Hi all,
I read Cathe's post about the difficult rotation for August and she said there are rotations meant for the beginner to intermediate exerciser. Could someone point out the beginner rotations? I would love to try one. I am new to Cathe. I have worked out in the past with a personal trainer following surgery for a herniated disc, but that became cost prohibitive so I stopped. Unfortunately, I stopped exercising as well. I'm 50 and I love weight training but HATE, HATE, HATE cardio, which, of course, is the thing I most need. I've orderd a high step and a few DVD's and now I'm just waiting for those to arrive so I can get started. Anybody else out there hate cardio? Maybe we can encourage each other x( :-( ;( ;-)
Thanks in advance for the help,
Michele
