Request to help with back exercises

Hi
While lve done them for years, I don't feel like I'm doing my back exercises correctly. Could you please do an illustration for the newsletter or a quick Cathe TV clip to highlight on the body which back muscles are in use during a one arm row, barbell row, deadlifts, etc? I think most of the time I'm working more my forearms, shoulders and not really understanding how to really incorporate and use my back in those back-focused moves. Thank you :)
 
Obviously I am not Cathe, but I think you might be able to find some of what you are looking for in these clips. I recall watching several for form tips and instruction; might take a bit of browsing, though. HTH, Julie
