reassurance

Cathe, I used to be in great shape, probably almost to where you are, but I'm on Meds now and I just started my workout again after almost a year, needless to say I've gained fat. My idea was 5 days cardio (how long?) and 3 days strength training with weights. should I do full body 3 x's a week or 2 days upper and 1 day lower? I need to lose about 20 lbs, my muscle will come back quick but I don't want to build it under the fat. please help, thanx, Jenni
 
Hi, I am not Cathe, but you will get GREAT RESULTS doing the Hardcore Fat Loss Rotation. It is very challenging, but it whipped me into shape like no other. My endurence went thru the roof. Maybe you could do one bodypart at night or every other night for muscle building using the Gym Styles and or Slow Heavy. Hope this helps. Peggy
