3.Do you think we are overdoing it by going 4 days on and 1 day off? We do cardio, strength, cardio and mix. What would you recommend?
4.What is the best way to use your interval tapes? We only have an hour each morning to work out. 4:30am is the only uninterupted time of day we can fit it in. Especially me being a single mother. I really would like to start seeing some more definition in my arms. It's very frustrating since I am not prone to muscularity. I don't want to look like a guy (I can't anyway, too femanine), I just want definition.
