I know this may sound like an odd question but if you could only do 3-4 sets of one exercise for the leg and glutes, what would it be? In other words, in your opinion, which exercise is the best overall for leg/hamstring/glute developement. Squat, lunge, step ups or other. For the next month or so I will be sort of on vacation where I won't be able to do "regular" workouts. I am planning on walking for cardio, pushups for upper body and one exercise for lower body. Thanks for any advice.
