Question about one legged squats

Hi Cathe,
I really love Butts & Guts, and I've been doing it a lot and getting great results. I have a question about the one legged squats -- I feel the burn more in the back thigh than in the working glute. Since I am really trying to build glute muscle, I want to make sure I am doing this move correctly. What might I be doing wrong that I feel it more in the back leg than the glute? Or, positively, what form pointers can you give for maximum effectiveness when doing this move?

Thanks, Cathe -- sorry for asking a question that has been asked so recently. It must be a real pain to get the same questions over and over! But, your response was helpful, and I'll try and lower my step even further. However, the tip will have to wait, it's BodyMax2 today!
