Question about Leg frequency on July '08 rotation

Hello Cathe!
I love you, and I love doing your rotations. Thank you so much for creating them.

I am curious as to why there are five days of legs on week three of the July '08 rotation, some on consecutive days.
Monday and Tuesday both have legs, some of the same exercises... and Thursday, Friday, AND Saturday.

I would appreciate any input that you could give.

Monday....Drill Max

Tuesday....Butts and Guts

Wednesday....Maximum Intensity Cardio

Thursday....Low Impact Circuit

Friday....Leaner Legs

Saturday....Cardio and Weights

Sunday....OFF
