Question about anaerobic zones and Imax2

Hi, Cathe. What are the benefits of doing anaerobic bursts? I've been reading conflicting info as to whether or not you should ever go into your anaerobic zone. I know you use this technique in your Imax workouts, but why? I know there must be some benefit to anaerobic zones since athletes will train that way from time to time. Thanks for any help you can offer.

One other question: When doing the ricochet in Imax2, are you supposed to lift and turn or spin on your heel? That is the one move I can't seem to get down. Thanks. I hope you're healing from your recent injury!
