I think in the beginning Cathe says how often to this. I know for me, I can only do 2x week max. Kay

If you are doing a full cardio program also, then PLB twice and PUB three times would be about the max a body could handle. I hope you have alternative weight training DVDs, because doing the pyramids this much could lead to mental fatigue!

I've been using these the past several weeks and are doing them about 2 times a week. Here's what I've been doing and I've seen good results:
Day One: Pyramid Upper Day Two: Pyramid Lower Day Three: Cardio only Day Four: Circuit workout Day Five: Cardio only Day Six: Both Pyramid Upper and Lower Day Seven: Rest Also, on the Pyramid days, I also do some type of cardio (usually in the morning) and then the weights that afternoon. I've done this for three weeks and will probably do it one more week, then I'll change things around. |

man I forgot how hard the upper body one was. I did it today and wow was I pooped and that was only doing 2 body parts because I did GS arms yesterday, minus what I did today.

I think Clarissa might have done PUB three times per week on her recent successful rotation with these workouts, but I wouldn't do each more than twice each per week. Personally, I would get too bored. I need more variety than this....

Not only would PUB 3X per week get boring for me, the pace and number of reps is tough on my joints. I have to use PUB very sparingly because it can flare my elbow tendonitis. Beware of overuse injuries, I speak from experience :(
