I just want to tell you that the Intensity workouts are fantastic.

I did PUB yesterday with my husband and I am totally feeling it today. I actually went to 20# dumbbells on the chest, back, and biceps.(I had to do every other one for these) My husband lifted quite a bit more, but he felt it too.

You make working out so motivational. Keep it up!!!!
