Hi Cathe,
I just have a question regarding the chest flys on Pyramid Upper Body. Does having the dumbbells positioned such as they are (bringing the ends together) effect the chest muscle differently then when you have your hands turned inward (with dumbbell vertical to the body)? This position feels different to me but was wondering if they have the same or different effect on the muscle.

Hi Jo! I like to change the hand grips to give the exercises a slightly different feel and make the muscles move through the motion a little differently. The chest is pretty much equally challenged, its just that a few different muscle fibers have been called upon to get you there:)
