PS&SLOW AND HEAVY

how many times per week is it recommended to do the PS and/or the new slow and heavy series. Would doing each of the tapes in the series once a week, say on Mon.,Wed.,and Fri. be enough? I usually do a full body weight workout 2 to 3 times a week and was just wondering since with either of these series I would be spending more time on each muscle group.
 
Hi Colette! Yes, one time per week is enough. If desired you can go up to two times per week, but more than that is not necessary.
