PS- a ?

Hey Cathe-

Just a quick question about the PS series. I am doing a PS series rotation for the first time. I LOVE IT!!:) I am really enjoying it and was wondering if I need to stop after 3 weeks and do a week of circuit work or can I just keep going with the split workouts? I am doing 3 days cardio and 3 days PS series. My original intention was to do 3 weeks PS and a week circuits for 2 months. Now I'm thinking maybe 8 weeks straight of PS series.- too much?:)
