Default Which program?

This may be a dumb question but here goes... which program should I choose?

I have 4 kids, so my tummy is a mess. My youngest is 3 so, it's time to lose the last 10-15 pounds.

I workout sporadically to Jillian Michaels & David Kirsch, so I'm not really a beginner, there's some endurance & strength there.

I'd like to do Cathe's workouts as I've worked out w/a trainer in the past and liked the results, but can't/don't want to go to a gym now. Cathe seems the closest to having a trainer at home.

I need a structured program to lose 10-15 pounds of fat & need help in deciding which Cathe program/rotation to choose.

Someone said to me the other day, "You've had 4 kids & you're now 40, don't expect the body you had 20 years ago." I don't but geez, I think I can aim higher. Thanks so much, Sam.

Nice to meet you Samantha!

I think you will love my new Low Impact Series.

I also think you would Love my STS weight series (along with my Shock Cardio Series).

I also think you would like my Gym Style workouts along with Cardio Core Circuit, Butts and Guts, Turbo Barre, Cardio super sets, and Kick Punch and Crunch.

You will definitely reach your goal doing any of these grouped workouts.

Eating clean, unprocessed foods and drinking large amounts of water and moderate amounts of green tea per day are excellent too.

Good Luck!

Samantha, I, too, have four children, and girl...don't listen to those nay-sayers...If you are faithful to do the workouts and watch your eating...I cannot wait to see you prove them wrong!!!! You go!! You probably won't have the body you had 20 years ago...it will probably be more fit and strong than it was then.

I have to say that I did STS weights with STS cardio and got amazing results. I didn't lose that much weight, but my body shrank. I wore pants that I had previously only fit into when I was 15 lbs lighter! It is just amazing!

That was my 3rd round of STS weights, I'm on my 4th round now - I am almost done with the 5 1/s month rotation and am going to start up again in Jan. I just want some time to play with the new LIS workouts!

Looking forward to hearing about your results.

Congrats on picking the right trainer to achieve your goals. You can't go wrong with any Cathe workouts. I also have 4 young children (and will be 40 in 2 months). I have done STS too and loved the program, it's simple to follow and you will get results. I currenlty have been doing Cathe's new series, and I have to say it really works your core and legs like no other. It actually might pair nicely with STS too...you will enjoy Cathe's workouts and get hooked (esp, after doing Jillians, who I find to be unmotivating). Cathe provides great cueing and her form is impeccable, which is extremely important when you are working out at home. There is no dread factor to her workouts either...so even though some of them can be extremely challenging, you are still smiling and having fun! Good luck!!!!
