Premixes on Hardcore workouts?

I was wondering if you could briefly list the types of premixes there are on the new DVD's?

On the January 1st update from SNM, the Low Max menu includes premixes.

All the sample menus that have been posted so far show premixes--so I already know there ARE premixes-- but I'd like to get an idea of just what the premixes are.
