Power horseshoes-Form?

I was doing Body Max and I noticed that when you switch to "power horseshoes" some of the background exercisers only have one foot on the box, while you have two feet on the box. What is the proper way to do this?

My understanding is (for example) facing left use your right foot to step up on the box and push off. You are now airborn and you turn your body (in this case) to the right and land with both feet on the box. You are now facing left. Then you step down to the floor, right foot first.

Sorry, I should have started by saying, "I'm not Cathe, but..."
and I should have ended by saying that you "are now facing right" not left.

I'm red-faced.

Hi! I do it with a two foot landing on the step however, if one foot is one the step it is fine too, since the emphasis of this move is on using a bit of power while you do the move vs keeping the move entirely low impact.

Funny that you bring this up now since the new Rhythmic Step video actually uses the "one foot on the step" power horse version for some variety :).
