Dear Cathe -- and all of you knowledgable people,
I love the planks and rotation moves in the Intensity series, but my wrists scream for mercy after a couple of reps. Could you please suggest a modification? Many thanks, Monica |

Hi Monica,
One modification is to do the planks with your elbows and forearms on the floor. Cathe does these in CTX and Circuit Max. You might also try holding dumbbells under your hands to keep your wrists more straight. This is a modification used for pushups. Hope this helps! -Caroline |

I use pushup handlebars or large hex dumbells. I don't have the new intensitys yet (DVD waiter), but it sounds like there are some moves where you need to walk your hands. If that is what you are talking about I probably won't be able to do them at all.
