Pilates and Yoga?!?

Hi Cathe!! I've never actually tried Pilates or Yoga, but would love to try it. So, I was thining, have you ever considered making pilates and yoga type tapes?!?! No better way to give it a try than with your instruction!!!

I have to agree here, if Cathe made these tapes, I'd definitely give it a go. With so many other tapes and instructors out there now joining the yoga and pilates bandwagon, it's hard to know who is any good.

Cathe we know for sure would produce a safe, effective, and challenging version of these types of exercise. Please?!?!?!?!?

Me too! I'd buy them without even viewing clips! There has never been a Cathe tape that disappointed me yet!

I'd like to see a pilates tape myself. I wonder if Cathe's not a pilates or yoga exerciser herself. I read a recent post from her that made me think she wasn't. If so, that explains why we've never seen that type of video from her.

I know Cathe is a certified Yoga instructor but not sure about pilates however I'd buy either one she made or both ;-)
