Pilates?

I'll keep this short since I'm no expert. Pilates is an exercise philosophy based on the teachings of the late Joseph
Pilates. Cathe used a few Pilates exercises on the Xpress series. The plank positions, which work the abdominal core as well as your arms, back and legs, would be one example. I have only recently become interested in Pilates, because it seems to me to be deceptively difficult. The work is very subtle, but the results are not! Anyway, I'm certain there are others who can give a much better description here. You may also want to search the archives under Pilates. You should find some great stuff that way.
