Now we need an upper body workout!

Butts and Guts looks great, but we'll need an upper body workout to go with it. I can't tell you how many times I've done PUB, Pure Strength, Gym Styles, and CTX Upper. I'd love a new long total upper body workout. I know there's only so many ways to hoist a dumbell, but you always come up with something fresh in all of your weight workouts
 
Low Impact Circuit is more upper body focused than lower body focused and Body Max 2 has an entire upper body section.
 
Seems you haven't tried Slow & Heavy yet. You should, it will keep you busy for a long time and will make significant improvements on your strength and definition. Also remember that the Body Max 2 has a full upper body workout included.
