I received an e-mail saying that my videos had been shipped with a tracking number but when I try to track the shipment it says that they can't find my tracking number.

Can you help me? My reference number is 7077941218.

Karen, I had this problem initially too. I ended up just going to www.ups.com and typing in my number there and it worked. It's worth a try.
