Please forgive me if this question has been asked/answered a million times, but my husband decided to get me the new videos as a gift! Since I wasn't expecting it, I haven't been following up with reading threads (it was just too depressing!). How can I work the new workouts into a rotation? I'm very advanced and have been doing Cathe's tapes for years. Any ideas are appreaciated. Thanks, I

Tue: Rhythmic step + yoga
Wed: Shoulders/Legs tape
Thur: Yoga or rest
Fri: Biceps/Triceps/abs + light cardio
Sat: rest
Sun: Power Hour + yoga
