New tapes, gotta love'em!!!!!

Hi Cathe!!! Hope you had a relaxing weekend and that Eric and hubby are doing great. I LOVE the new tapes!! Haven't got thru all yet, but am addicted already to ones I've done. My question goes back to the PS series. When others say they do the PS series 2x's a week how are they doing that? I guess I'm kinda confused. Thanks again for all you and your crew's hard work. By the way tell Rhonda she looks GREAT in the new videos, not that she didn't look good before. I'm so jealous, I feel like I've been working out just as hard as you guys and not getting the results I want, then I see Rhonda and notice such a difference. Hope the new tapes do the same for me, I need a big boost of something!!!!

Hi Cara!

To do the PS series twice a week, you could do each of the three tapes(ex: Mon, PS Back/bicep/Abs....Tues, PS Legs Abs....Wed, PS chest/shoulder/tricep) take a day off and then repeat that cycle on Fri/Sat/Sun again. Hope that helps!
