Can you give some more information on the Beginner/Intermediate stretch workout? I am leaning towards preordering, but I need to know:
Is it going to be yoga-ish/flowing or more typical "athletic" stretches?
Will there be a mix and match section, so we could put together all the hamstring stretches followed by all the quad stretches followed by all the tricep stretches...
How Beginner/Intermediate level is the workout? Are the stretches held long enough that flexablilty will improve, or is this DVD to be used as a quick stretch following a workout?
