I would suggest my older tapes since they are a little easier to grasp. Plus the moves are easier to modify. Although you may not be getting married, I would suggest starting with "How To Get In Shape For Your Wedding". In addition to a 45 minute step workout, this tape also has a 45 minute weight workout that you can do two times per week. After that I would recommend Mega Step Blast. Hope you enjoy the tapes.
