New DVDs

Hi Cathe

I just wanted to say congrats on the new DVDs - I know I'm a bit behind but I just got the new series on Friday. I did Drill Max today and I loved it. It flew past - I couldn't believe how quickly it went. It was great to do some different types of exercises and I really enjoyed the cardio.

The only one I haven't tackled yet is BM2 and I'm a bit scared. I'm going to do some yoga tomorrow to stretch myself out and then try BM2 on Thursday.

Thanks for making such great, inspiring fitness DVDs. You're developing a small, devoted fan club here in the UK!

Thanks for sharing your excitement with me Ronne! It is so fun to know that the workouts are being enjoyed thoroughly by you and others in the UK too :7 Good Luck with BM2....you're going to do just fine.

Well I did it!

I used a 6" step and lighter weights but I got through the whole of BM2!

I'm really going to enjoy mixing these DVDs in with the rest.

Keep up the good work, Cathe. And I'm already looking forward to the 4 day split series!
