Cathe and Chris, what a great Sunday morning surprise to find more pics from BM 2 and the UB breakdown! The UB segment sounds terrific and I love the news on the premixes, too. :) And, of course, Cathe, you and the crew look wonderful -- and you're smiling like you're having such a great time! Gotta love that!!!

Last but not least, from what's been visible so far, that new set with the "forest window" looks really pretty and soothing!

Hope both of you and the cast are getting a LITTLE rest this weekend! Thanks so much for the fantastic blog updates, Chris -- all the little morsels are keeping me so excited for these new workouts! ;-)

Not Cathe, but I think its when you put a set of weights on a step and you hold them while you dip. This gives you more wrist support. HTH. Maybe Cathe will say something better or correct me if I'm wrong but thats what I think.

I was wondering about that exercise too, especially since it says they only use the ball and 5 and 15lb. dumbells.

I'm also anxious to see the decline pushups on the ball too.}(
