I am looking for advice on doing a walk/run interval workout - I'm in need of shaking up my cardio routine, as well as a workout that I can do while away for the weekend without dragging my step and DVD player. I'd like to do a walk/run interval workout that would be close in effort to IMAX or IMAX 2 (except interval 9 :7). I'm a high intermediate to advanced exerciser, and have just recently added IMAX or IMAX 2 to my routine - I think I've done one of them per week for about 6 weeks. I must say I cannot believe how fast my cadiovascular health has improved since starting your interval workouts - THANK YOU for being the best and doing what you do
