Hi, Cathe:
First, I want to say thank you for delivering such fantastic workout DVD's. My favorite series has to be the BM2, B&G, DM, LIC. Considering you were coming off such a bad knee injury, you'd never know it by the intensity and fun factor.

I have a question regarding natural body weight. How do you know when you've reached it? And once you reach it, how can you continue to improve your physique? I think I may be there, but of course, it's heavier than what I want to be. Instead of constantly fighting the scale, should I just accept my weight and focus on something else? Like lifting weights? Building muscle?
