Muscle Maintenance?

Hi Cathe! First off I really like the "April Rotation" you've suggested for muscle building/maintenance. My question is this: I am very happy with the amount of muscle I have(thanks to you!;-) )and am wondering how often should I do strength work to keep it this way? 2-3 times a week at a light to moderate weight? Or 1-3 times a week a bit heavier? Any advice is appreciated! Susan
 
Hi Susan! They both work. Keep changing it up. One week you may only do one to two total body workouts per week with heavy weight. The next week do two muscle endurance workouts per week. The next week one heavy workout on Monday, one muscle endurance workout on Friday. Shake it up for both your mind and your body. Take Care!
