Muscle just quit

This morning I did my cardio work and then put on my Slow & Heavy Triceps and Biceps. I got through the triceps section fine, but when the biceps started, my right arm just quit--it wouldn't lift those dumbbells at all. I switched from my normal 11 lb. to 8 lb and squeezed out a couple reps, but then it wouldn't even do those. The left side is working normally and the workout was normal intensity for me. Any idea what happened? --Karen
 
Hi Karen! Sometimes our muscles just "hit the wall". For whatever reason your right side became depleated and decided "thats it for me today". It happens. Fuel and rest will take care of it. If it becomes a pattern, try doing your S&H workout before your cardio workout. Good luck!
