Muscle Building with Band and Tube

I have done STS and your other workouts for years and love the results. However, I travel a lot and can rarely use weights on my travels. I do take along your cardio videos, so am able to keep my cardio fitness up.

Is there a list - or can anyone make recommendations - of exercises to do with both the band or the tube (and body weight?) that are challenging and give a good muscle sculpting workout.

I am currently in the middle of another STS round and have to stop for 2 weeks (after stopping twice before due to travel) and I definitely can tell I lose some muscle tone during these breaks. I have tried the Travel Fitness DVD and doing push-ups, but I really want something a bit more challenging.

I am interested in working all muscle groups and can take the band, tube, discs, and obviously my body weight. I usually do 30-60 min on my travels:

*Biceps
*Triceps
*Forearms
*Deltoids
*Back
*Chest
*Shoulders
*abs/obliques
*Hamstrings
*Quadriceps
*Calves
*Other?

I can think of 1 or 2 tube exercises per body area, but am hoping for more options that I am not thinking of.
