Hi Cathe!
Your new workouts look great! Thanks for all the hard work you put into them!
Here is my question. I have all your strength tapes. I use them all with the weight appropriate for the exercise and the specific goal in mind (ex. lighter weights for BodyMax and heavier for PS series). Why is it that MIS no matter if it is upper or lower body I am lifting always gets me sore? The other tapes don't get to my muscles the way MIS does. Any idea? Also what is Hope up to these days? I will miss her in your new tapes.

Hi Ann! Muscle soreness is not always predictable and therefore cannot always be relied on as a form of determining if a workout was effective or not. In the case of MIS continuously providing you with a similar soreness each and every time, it may just be that the exercise order and pace of this workout stresses your muscles in a way that the others do not.

I will let Hope know that you were asking about her. She was very busy wrapping up the school year (she is a teacher) and now I imagine she will very much be enjoying the relaxing summer months ahead.
