Thank you for all that you have done for me!!!
I was that fat kid everyone made fun of. I was the butt of every joke from kindergarten through highschool! I never was self confident and was not only made fun of but was bullied and beat up atleast once a week.
When I found your videos I was just shy of 20 years old.I haven't put them down since. I work out to your videos every day!!! I am 35 now and just ran my first 5k. That is a huge deal for me because I never workout with anyone around ever!!! It's Christmas and well I got some Cathe DVD's so I popped boot camp in and went to town! Thank you again for all your encouraging words to just do two more or just telling us to suck it up!!! You will never know how much you have changed my life!!! May you have a very Blessed Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year!!!
