Hi Cathe! I feel like I hit the lottery! What an adrenaline rush! It was such a pleasure to finally meet you and have the oppurtunity to take your bodypump class! (Loved everything about it)! Now that my hives are gone and I drove my husband to drink-haha- I'm ready to be a regular on Mondays ! (looking forward to seeing you in class) Also Thank you for taking the time to chat with me and giving me pointers especially on the clean and press! Very helpful!
Here's the link that I told you about with the pictures! There were a couple of people who posted there own so I'll add them too to save you time hunting for them---(I know your running late cause I talked your ear off too bad you couldn't have dinner with me, my husband(Chef Carson) made salad,steak,potatoes,broccoli and for dessert hot apple pie-- yummy---no guilt today especially after bodypump) Thanks for everything-you know how special you are to me!

Hi Francine! Wow, thank you so much for coming to class. What a nice surprise. I so much enjoyed meeting you. You are so sweet, extremely fit, and ever so energetic. I'm so glad we had time to chat after class and get to know one another. I'm looking forward to having you join us in class on Monday morning's (front and center ;-))

Francine, thanks for putting all the photos together. Everyone looks wonderful. Seems like Trevor lives near me. I'm in VA, and he's in MD.

You got to meet Cathe??? I'm jealous. Laura

Hi, I'm in Arlington. The three of us should drive up to Jersey some day and take one of Cathe's classes! We probably could make it up there in 2 1/2 hours, barring traffic snarls. Suzanne

I am just outside Annapolis...you aren't far away at all.
I'd be up for that if I can get out of work. Also I really need to practice if I am gonna try to stay with Cathe. I am choreographically challenged for sure!!

Sorry, I hadn't seen this post in a while.

I'm also in Arlington. he, he. Small world! I'm suffering today because of the junky amount of snow we got. I want the 5 inches they predicted!!! :(
