I have a humble request for a May rotation, if you were in fact planning to post one: I would love to see what a one-body part per day rotation using your tapes would look like. Something like what you yourself might do in a week: lots of additional cardio, maybe a circuit or total body thrown in. I have been eager to try doing one part per day but am not sure how to go about it,
