mantainance workout

i'm currently happy where i am at physically so i wanted to know if 2 full body weight training routines per week and 3 45min cardio workouts would maintain where i am at and not cause me to lose muscle?
 
Hi Kariev! As long as your two total body workouts are comprhensive and you are focused this will be good. But like with any of your workouts, your body will adapt and need a change of some sort for continued results. So after about 4 weeks of this rotation make some changes.

As far as your cardio goes. If you notice your muscle burning up, cut back your cardio duration to three 30 minute workouts. Good luck and enjoy!

Just a quick ques. I currently do Cathe's rotations to help achieve my strength goals but didn't realize that once achieved, I could do mantainance workouts. Would I just pull from other rotations that worked?
