I've read were you have wrote that the CTX series is designed for maintenance. For me, I'm hoping for better results! If I may enclose a one week rotation that I'm currently working on, perhaps you could tell me if I would see results from this? I'm hoping to burn more fat fat fat, sculpt and define!
Mon: xtrain step & intervals - chest work + ps - Shoulders
Tues: All cardio tape of choice
Wed: xtrain Kickbox - Bicep work + ps - Triceps
Thurs: All cardio tape of choice
Fri: Leaner legs + xtrain - back work
Sat: All cardio tape of choice
Sun: Rest
This continues on for 6 weeks, changing the tapes around and including the ps series. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
