Hi Cathe:7 hope your day is going well.
Due to an ankle injury the only thing close to a walking lunge I can do is a static lunge.They use the same muscles,except less hips since there's no forward motion,right? (i'm working on the second week of your rock bottom rotation with no impact.)Btw,can you do all 300 walking lunges without a break?
