Hi Ana! Welcome to the forum. Please feel free to ask any questions you have in any of our forums. Also, a friendly suggestion I have for you is to start a new post for a question of this nature. Chances are I will see it better that way :)

You have come to the right place to get your focus to get back in the shape you desire. You can do it and we will support you through it.

Thank you Cathe! My kids love watching your workouts (they are so funny!), my 6 year old son Josiah even tries to do them with me (he needs to gain weight he is skinny like I use to be at his age). Anyways, thanks again!
