Hi Everybody!!
I always have my step at 8 inchs but, I have noticed that my legs are all buff. Tha sad thing is my arms are as buff. Should I start stepping at 6 inchs until my arms catch up? But I still want to get a good sweat going. Thanks for any reply!!!

Hi Jessica!

If you are happy with your "buff" legs (they sound very fit, thats nice)then I wouldn't change your leg workout, I would change your upper body workout. Try lifting heavier for your arms. Good Luck!
